- Lockout service Keys locked in the car? A technician arrives within the hour.
- Towing to nearest depot Free tow to our network depot if the vehicle needs more work.
- Vehicle swap if needed Major breakdown? We'll deliver a replacement vehicle for free.
Not covered
- Accident damage repair Insurance handles this — file the claim, then we coordinate.
- Off-road recovery Stuck in sand or off paved roads? Specialist recovery required.
- Driver fault (e.g. wrong fuel) Wrong fuel type, etc. — we'll help but you'll be charged.
- Out-of-emirate incidents Coverage is Dubai-only. Other emirates need prior arrangement.
