How long are subscription contracts?
Plans run for 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the tier. At cycle end you can cancel, renew, or move to a different plan with no penalty.
Can I cancel early?
Cancellation between cycles is free. Mid-cycle cancellation forfeits the remaining month, but your deposit is still refunded. Subscriptions are designed to be flexible — no long lock-ins.
Is insurance included?
Yes — comprehensive insurance (third-party, theft, and collision damage waiver) is included on every plan. The refundable deposit covers your insurance excess.
Can I swap my car mid-subscription?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of allowed swaps per cycle — see the plan card for the exact count. Need an SUV this month and a sedan next? That's exactly what swaps are for.
Is there a deposit?
Each plan lists its refundable deposit. The deposit is held against the card during the subscription and returned in full when the plan ends, assuming the car is returned in good condition.
